Return Policies
Please keep in mind that customer satisfaction means a lot to us and we
will do our best to work with you regarding any problems that may exist.
If a cancellation is required it should be done be within 5 hours of
placing your order and a full refund will be issued.
Should your cancellation occur after shipping and/or delivery,
please send us detailed e-mail of the problem within 3 business days of
receipt of your order. Returns must be received by us within 7 business
days after we have contacted you in unused condition, Please do not
discard any item.
Buyers are
responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns or exchanges. Due to
strict health regulations, once you place your pet into the pet bed it is
not returnable or exchangeable (you wouldn't want to sleep on a used
mattress, would you?).
Please note: There
will be no refund
on baskets returned without authorization. Recipients/buyers are
responsible for the cost of all shipping, including returns and exchange.
Return the item in the original packing material.
There will be no
credit
given prior to us receiving the returned merchandise.
Any
Damage done to
merchandise by the buyer / recipient is not refundable.
Shipping and Cost
We do not
ship to Canada or outside the continental US.
Most of our shipping is thru UPS, but in some cases we will us USPS and
FedEx. Our Merchandise will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified.
We offer a flat rate:
Ground-$8.00 (allow 3 to 7 business days for shipping)
Express-$20.00 (allow 2-3 business days for shipping)
*Overnight-$30.00
*If a
package is shipped on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday. We do
not ship on the weekend due to the large increase of shipping cost.
All shipping and handling fee is the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer
and are non refundable.
Rerouting
We ask
that you make sure that the address that the merchandise is being shipped
to is correct. There will be a $15.00 rerouting fee incurred.
Processing the
order
All of the
orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of when it is
received, with the exception of orders placed on Friday, those orders will
be shipped on Monday.
Substitution
Since new
products are always being introduced, product availability and seasonal
changes may cause shortages. We will make every effort to insure that the
basket contains the items you ordered. However if substitution does
occur, the products and container will always be substituted for equal or
greater value, and the quality is never compromised.
Your Privacy
Your
privacy is guaranteed. Under no circumstances do we sell or rent our
customer names, addresses, or any other customer information whatsoever.
Ordering
Secure
online ordering is available for Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover and Electronic Check through PayPal. We accept personal checks,
however, please allow a 7 day clearing process. You may also order toll
free (866) 871-1344. We will begin processing your order upon receipt of
your order form, but cannot ship until payment is received.
All deliveries in New York will be charge an 8.25% sale tax.
Personalized Gift
Card
A
personalized message will be sent with your gift. Simply enter your
message in the "Gift Card Message" section when ordering. Unless you
wish to remain anonymous to the recipient, be sure to sign your name!
Receipts/Statements
Because
the majority of our shipments are directly to the gift recipient, we do
not include any payment information with the order. You will receive an
automated receipt by e-mail when you place your order, and if you would
like a physical receipt please e-mail us.
